Lighthouse The largest of the Superlight tents, the Lighthouse Black Diamond tent is quite roomy for two people, while weighing in at a little over three pounds. The Lighthouse boasts a full side-door opening with screen netting,
a roof that tops out at 43 inches and a small back window for ventilation. The Epic fabric
canopy breathes and repels water well while the SilNylon floor keeps the water out.
Megamid The Megamid Black Diamond tent is a
three-person, extra roomy tent with one striking feature missing – it has no floor.
Without a floor, the Megamid weighs only 3.5 pounds for an 81 square foot tent. Plus,
without a floor, the Megamid tent can be pitched over a snow pit on spring ski tours to
provide a shelter you can stand up in, hang out in, cook in, spill in. Use the Black
Diamond Megamid tent as a tarp over rocky areas where other tents couldn't even venture.
Constructed from waterproof Ripstop polyester, it can be pitched with a pole (included) or
hung.
Beta Bug The Beta Bug Black Diamond tent has an
enclosed floor and bug netting to provide protection from pesky mosquitoes and other
bothersome little critters. The Beta Bug can be used alone or in combination with other
Black Diamond tents.

Beta Light The new Beta Light Black Diamond tent is
an ultra lightweight version of the popular Betamid. Created for the extremely weight
conscious, this shelter is 50% more compact than the Betamid and 40% lighter.Usable floor space of 34.7sq. ft.
keeps things roomy and functional. You simply won't find a lighter shelter.
Mega Light Shelter The Mega Light Shelter isn't a
tent, it's a shelter. Shelter as in "puts a roof over your head." Like its
heavier cousin the Mega Mid shelter, the Mega Light is a single-pole floorless shelter
that works great over a snow pit or on the beach, and provides 81 square feet of coverage
(and faintly resembles a circus tent.) The Mega Light comes with the PoleLink converter
that lets you use two trekking or ski poles as the tent pole to save even more weight.
Betamid Shelter tent Megamid shelter Black Diamond
'tent' can be set up using adjustable trekking or ski poles. Provides a bomber shelter for
two people, weighs about two pounds and costs less than $100. That said, the Betamid isn't
like some other tarp shelters that are only good for keeping the rain out--it will stand
up to insane weather conditions and can handle more wear and tear. Plus, an optional
"bathtub style" detachable floor is available that keeps even more weather out
and only adds 1.25 pounds.
