The North Face Metropolis

This outerwear is a knee-length parka. It is designed to keep your entire body warm with the lined pockets and collar and has a zip and snap closure in the front center. The North Face Metropolis snaps to close tight in the front helping the two way zipper to keep the wind out. There is a detachable hood so when the weather is a little better it can be taken off.  The hood is full adjustable and insulated with a snug closure to keep the cold out. The brushed chin guard is lined and comfortable on the chin. The Metropolis parka is very warm and light weight for its heat retention ability and isn't as bulky as some long down coats can be. The reversible zipper is convenient for walking and sitting, but you can also easily sit with it zipped all the way down. The Woman's Metropolis has a removable hood, two hand pockets and one internal pocket. It has a media pocket in the interior as well as a key clip-in pocket and is water-resistant with a weight of 22.5 ounces. The Girl's Metropolis is knee length, has two hand pockets and one internal and has a removable hood with two zippered hand warmer pockets and an internal security pocket.

The North Face Metropolis Parka - Women's

Uses two weights of material. The darker colors are 30D nylon with DWR, while the lighter colors are 50D polyester with DWR. It will keep you warm with an insulation made of 600-fill down.

The North Face Metropolis Parka - Girl's

This parka is made with 100% nylon with a DWR finish. The lining is 100% polyester and the body and sleeves are insulated with 550-fill down. The hood and collar is made with a 200 gram Heatseeker Aero.
