Beacon Climbing Centre’s huge new facility in Caernarfon opened in July 2012 and offers some of the best indoor climbing in the UK. Featuring the World’s first CrazyClimb installation, climbing gyms up to 17m high and extensive low level bouldering including an area suitable for young children, Beacon Climbing Centre is a premium all weather venue suitable for all the family. Expert instruction is available for all levels of ability. Beacon Climbing Centre is conveniently located on the Cibyn Estate in Caernarfon on the main A4086 Caernarfon to Llanberis road and also hosts Caffi Barcud – a premium café open to anyone and offering spectacular views of the climbing gyms.

The Boardroom Climbing
The Boardroom is one mighty fine indoor climbing venue. Stylish, relaxed and friendly with some beautiful routes, over 50 lines of lead rope and top rope and large bouldering providing over 1100 m2 3608 ft2 of climbing as well as having the UK's first PSICOBLOC! We have a training area with a systems board, campus board, peg board and fingerboards along with gymnastic rings and a small range of gym equipment to work those apposing muscles! There's a separate kids wall with easier routes and a party/lecture room where the kids have their party food as part of our birthday party package. It's also where we run first aid courses, yoga etc. and it can be booked out by external providers to run courses too.
